actus Minerals Corporation (the "Company") was incorporated pursuant to the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) on May 9, 2006. We entered into an agreement to earn an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Kayla property soon after our incorporation. We filed a prospectus in the fall of 2009 and started trading publicly on the TSX-Venture Exchange on December 9, 2009.
