Actus Minerals Corporation is a junior mineral exploration and production company, engaged in the exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada. The Company is focused on the acquisition and development of base and precious metal properties on a worldwide basis. It is involved in the exploration of semi-massive to massive sulphides on the Kayla property located in Levy Township, Abitibi, Quebec.

The company was incorporated in 2006 and is based in Vancouver, Canada and has been trading on the TSX-Venture since December 2009 under the symbol: "AAC".

The Company is active in the exploration and development of advanced exploration properties which could lead to commercial production.  The Company currently has two (2) major projects:  the Kayla Project close to Chibougamau, Quebec (Ni-Zn-Au) and the Casa Berardi Project (Au-Ni-Cu) which surrounds Aurizon Mines Ltd.'s Casa Berardi Mine.  The Kayla property consists of 6 mining claims, which comprise a surface area of 78.73 hectares.
